The nutritional information is based upon organic unsweetened soya milk and unsweetened soya yoghurt but any milk will work.

If you haven’t got time to wait overnight, then they can be ready in an hour or two. The texture just gets firmer the longer you leave them. They will last for 3-4 days in the fridge, once jarred up with the toppings, so are great for meal prep.
