Pit the dates and add them to a food processor with the prunes, almonds, flax, hemp seeds, cacao powder and vanilla bean paste. Blend until smooth. This might take a few minutes. If it doesn’t come together, add 1-2 tbsp of water (it will depend on how soft your dates and prunes are). Keep blending until soft and sticky.
