I like to store these bars in the fridge so they stay nice and hard. They will last for up to a week in the fridge. I don’t soak my dates as I use very soft ones. If yours are harder, soak in boiling water first. You can use coconut chips or desiccated coconut for the topping, .Almond butter can be subbed for peanut butter, if preferred.
