Notes

I like to store these in the fridge so they stay nice and hard. They are also fine out of the fridge – they will just be a softer consistency. They will last for up to 7 days in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer. I use a smooth, runny peanut butter. I use organic gluten-free oats for this recipe. Any oats will work though. You can toast your oats in the oven for 10 mins before using, but this is optional.
